Christian Ngouen is a self-motivated, result-driven, focused, organized, and disciplined business professional with a high degree of ethics and integrity. He comes from the corporate world within the global building and construction materials industry where he assumed highly visible senior-level roles within the areas of performance measurement and improvement, corporate strategy and development, competitive intelligence management, as well as business decision support (including strategic planning, FP&A, M&A, divestitures, and capital budgeting). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Accounting and Business Information Systems and a Master’s Degree (MS) in International Financial Management. He’s also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with a special interests in the accounting & taxation of: commercial real estate; capital and growth investments; small businesses; and the self-employed/entrepreneurs. Christian has leveraged this experience towards providing business and management consulting services. Consequently, he joined KW Commercial, as an independent business and real estate advisor/consultant. KW is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the Washington, DC Metro area. Christian brings a wealth of experience/knowledge in business strategy, development and growth, deal development & process management, finance, and cross-functional project management.
